Yesterday was the CowParade Carnival in Flushing, Queens. It was a gorgeous day! So many wonderful people came to see the cows which were scattered throughout the Queens Crossing building and plaza. There was live music and games and then an opening reception for the '09 Oh Cow!' exhibit in the Crossing Art gallery. Thank you to all my friends and family who came.
My precious and wonderfully talented friend Margot Miller (pictured left) is auditioning today for a new reality TV show hosted by Sarah Jessica Parker (sculpted right), about up-and-coming artists!

a few months ago I was contacted by the wonderful people at Pollen to design these characters for a television commercial. The client is a law firm in South Africa called de Broglio Attorneys. I sent over my sketches and they were then rendered digitally, undergoing some necessary changes along the way. It's such a thrill to see them come to life in this wonderful TVC!
